    Biography:

    Although French director, Paul Mignot is the son of a picture-framer and the grandson of a master glassmaker, he quickly moved towards working with the camera. Paul's bold, powerful and entertaining style, has seen him to direct some eye-popping effects-driven car campaigns for Audi, Lexus, Jeep, Peugeot as well as striking beauty and fashion films for brands such as Dior, Emporio Armani... Working increasingly abroad, Paul has moved towards impressionistic and humanist filmmaking, producing and directing ambitious shorts and features through his company Greenlight films.

Synopsis



Chaya, a school teacher in India, is telling the story of Diwali to her pupils. At the same time in the US, Murray who is a war photographer is about to meet his family for the first time after a tour in Afghanistan with the US Army. Pablo, a kid from a township in Argentina is looking at a crowd in the local village square. His father has gone to find him a horse for the annual race. Chaya, Murray and Pablo are about to simultaneously face a crucial moment of their respective lives...They will change forever!
