    Valentine Caille began her career at the Theatre National de Nice. She graduated from La Sorbonne in Cinema-Audiovisual and from the Erik Satie Regional Conservatory Paris in Dramatic Arts.In 2009, she moved to London to continue her training at Central Saint Martin's, followed by Goldsmiths University in Performance Making where she graduated from in 2011. In the latter, Valentine developed a taste for screenplay writing, scenography, and video editing. She ended her stay abroad as creative director of the WORK Theatre Festival, for which she co-wrote the play The Tiny Crimes of H. Harris with Anna Scotland.In 2013 and back in Paris, she founded Celestine Production, a collective that brought together young female screenwriters and directors to develop short film projects. In the same year, she began to give theatre and cinema workshops in Priority Education Zones (ZEP) and Sensitive Urban Areas (ZUS). Since 2014, she has been working for the Classe Relais Emile Dubois, a reinsertion class that supports teenagers in their reintegration into the French educational system.In 2016, Valentine takes her camera and travels to Africa. From then on, she dedicates part of her year to realising documentaries and portraits about women in Africa for diverse NGO.
